We worked with SR Smith on several projects, most notably the company's "Peace of Mind" program which was an insurance program for stores and installers who followed strict guidelines and collected proper documentation.

Also managed direct mail campaign from dealer list development, to contents included, to mailing coordination in support of this builder-oriented program, resulting in record traffic for that trade exposition.

We also upgraded the company's Web site (not the current version, so no link provided).
